    Wouldn't this be "Canadian Nightmares," since the film is set in Montreal?

    Oh yes definitely but I follow the lead of the 2000 documentary 'The American Nightmare' with this one. So 'American Nightmares' are for films from both the USA and Canada. Obviously apologies to any Canadians but I wouldn't be able to cover Bob Clark or David Cronenberg otherwise. Unless I put them in with the 'Planet Terror' posts...
